Glossier has been iconic in the beauty industry for its flawless brand image and seamless ideas. Although when the Glossier Monochromes eyeshadow palette was released I felt it to not only be off-brand but quite out of place.
With this, I took it to redesign the eyeshadow palette with inspiration from their Glossier You Solid Perfume body while including their iconic Glossier pink.

tHE GLOSSIER MONOCHROMES PALETTE
The palette featured a plain white body and interior that I personally felt did not successfully capture the Glossier brand. Thinking about Glossier the iconic and trademarked pink came to mind and it quickly wandered to the solid perfume body. I loved everything about the perfume body - from the color to the indent that perfectly hugs your hand.
IDEATION
With this, I took it to redesign the eyeshadow palette with inspiration from their Glossier You Solid Perfume body while including their iconic Glossier pink.
DETAILS
Knowing what I wanted I created a more detailed sketch of how the body was going to look like. In terms of function, I stuck to its interchangeable palette concept since sustainability is always a path to strive for. I of course kept the monochrome shades to not stray too far from the original vision.
